Japan initiates several development projects in Nangarhar

In the Nazion district of Nangarhar province, a tripartite agreement has been signed with Japan’s (PMS) organization for the implementation of an irrigation project valued at 1.8 million US dollars.

According to detaild, the agreement entails the fundamental construction of four canals, 12 wells, and a nine-kilometer-long reservoir by the organization in the Nangarhar river basin within the Nazian district.

8The objective is to build seven check dams and provide irrigation to a total of 1806 acres of land.
