Three-day carpet exhibition ends in Kandahar

The exhibition titled “Production of the Country, Pride of the Country” concluded on Saturday in Kandahar province after a three-day event.

The esteemed Alhaj Nuruddin Azizi, the Acting Minister of Industry and Trade, paid a visit to this exhibition along with his accompanying delegation in Kandahar province. During his visit, he provided encouragement and support to the respected members of the carpet sector. He emphasized the importance of aligning the country’s carpet production with the standards of the global carpet markets. By doing so, Afghanistan’s carpet exports can attract more markets.

The exhibition showcased carpets produced within the country. These carpets were presented in 25 booths located in the Royal Salon of Kandahar city. The exhibition successfully concluded on its final day.
