4 killed as post overrun in Helmand

HELMAND, Feb. 09 – At around 8:00 pm local time last night, Mujahideen attacked an enemy check post along Kandahar highway in Yakhchal area, Nahr Siraj region of Gerishk district.

Attacks of heavy and light arms resulting in the post overrun after killing 4 ANA gunman and forcing the rest to flee while leaving 3 PKM machine guns, 1 rifle, 1 pistol and other ammunition behind on the battle ground.
