KABUL, Nov. 27 – Political deputy prime minister of the IEA met with the EU Chargé d’Affaires for Afghanistan, Raphaela Ayubia.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir welcomed her and expressed gratefulness for the humanitarian assistance of the international community, especially the European Community.

The international community should continue its aid and the Islamic Emirate ensures the security of all the aid workers and transparent distribution of aid he said, adding that  “Women’s rights are guaranteed within the framework of Islamic Sharia, they are busy in various fields and the government is practically a collective; But some media are making false propaganda about this.

Referring to the efforts of the contact commission with Afghan personalities, he said that 414 people have returned to the country so far and they are all continuing their lives in a peaceful atmosphere.

Mawlawi Sahib Abdul Kabir, referring to the recent comments of Thomas Nicholson, the European Union’s special representative for Afghanistan, said that comments that damage relations should be avoided.

EU Chargé d’Affaires for Afghanistan Rafaela Ayubia thanked the leadership of the Islamic Emirate for its cooperation in providing aid to the people of Afghanistan. We continue to provide aid and this process should not be politicized.
