Minister of Water and Energy Visits Badghis to Inspect Water Resources

Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, the acting Minister of the Ministry of Water and Energy, recently paid a visit to Badghis province to assess the region’s water resources.

During his visit to the Marghab River, he delivered a speech in which he expressed the ministry’s commitment to collaborating on technical studies related to water management, construction of water storage dams, electricity generation, and the improvement of irrigation canals. Mansour emphasized the Islamic Emirate’s determination to effectively manage and safeguard water resources.

Furthermore, he held a meeting with officials from the Marghab River sub-district, where he attentively listened to their concerns and challenges.

Based on their feedback, Mansour provided necessary recommendations to enhance their performance and ensure the successful execution of their responsibilities.
