Over $450 million worth of dry fruit exported last year

In the past year, there has been a significant export of dried fruits, amounting to a total value of 466 million dollars. The Ministry of Industry and Trade has reported a notable 20 percent increase in the export of dried fruits during the 1402 Hijri year.

According to the ministry’s spokesperson, these dried fruits were exported to various countries, including India, China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, and Turkey.

The Chamber of Commerce and Investment recognizes the significance of increased flight operations through the country’s air corridors, attributing it to the notable rise in the export of dried fruits. This development has played a vital role in facilitating and expanding trade opportunities in this sector.
