Foreign Minister Meets Iranian Deputy Ambassador to Kabul

KABUL, Dec. 04 – Mr. Seyyed Hassan Mortazavi, Iran’s deputy ambassador in Kabul called on Minister of Foreign Affairs, Honorable Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, today.

Minister Muttaqi expressed that the time has come to increase economic transactions with Iran and requested facilities to be created in terms of trade and transit, while noting increase in the import of essential goods from Iran with the arrival of winter.

Mr. Murtazavi, stated his satisfaction on security situation in Afghanistan and promised to cooperate in creating facilities for the growth of trade between Iran and Afghanistan.
