Equipment seized as post overrun in Shawalikot

KANDAHAR, Jan. 06 – Officials say, an enemy check post located in Sara Skhar area of Shawalikot district was overrun last night after an intense gunfight of heavy and light arms of one hour, forcing the enemy to flee after sustaining heavy fatalities while leaving a corpse, 2 rifles and a sizable amount of other war tools behind on the battle ground.
