Torkham (Durand  Fictitious Line)

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The biometric & registration of 109 families with 454 family associates is successfully completed.

Transport & Transfer Committee:

The 46 families with 275 associates are safely transported to Nangarhar, Laghman, Kunar & Kabul provinces, each family in general obtained 9500 AFN.

Temporary Settlements of the Refugees Committee:

The returning 40 refugees’ families are settled in Omari Camp. The installment of 30 Tents, 8 Restrooms & filling of 108 water storages is executed.
Health affairs & Services Committee:

The returning refugees of 7500 are given Meals & purified Water in Omari Camp, 750 Blankets, 750 pairs of Shoes & Winter Jumpers (M&F), 450 packs of Mineral, 450 Bags of ration & 140 thousand liters Water is distributed with the help of numerous Charitable Organizations.

The refugees also obtained 552 SIM Cards.

The Committee of Job Opportunities:

The committee for Job opportunities have witnessed the registration of 8 High School Graduates, 2 Memorizers of the holy Quran, 314 with Minor skills, 89 with Professional skills is witnessed.

Information & Public Awareness Committee: 

The officials in Omari Camp had a constructive meeting with returning refugees. The fraudulent individuals were informed not to attain allotment on behalf of the refugees, if caught, they will be responsible for their own consequences.
The IOM organization also distributed refugees (status papers) to hundreds of people.
The lost 14 Kids & missing of over 20 documents are handed over to their owners.

Spin Boldak:

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The registration of 312 families with 1,690 associates is witnessed, 241 families with 1,282 associates with desperate needs are introduced to IOM & 71 families with 408 having the Slips of VRP & UNHCR are also introduced to the same Organization for help & assistance.

Transfer & Transportation Committee:

The returning 104 families with 839 associates through Boldak route are transported to Kabul, Herat & Kandahar provinces. All the families obtained 129,000 AFN in general.

The Committee for Financial Procedure:

The returning 333 families obtained 10,000 AFN each from the Committee.

Health affairs & Services Committee

The 5,400 returning refugees in Spin Boldak & Khor Andam Camps are given meals along with distribution of 70000 liters of water.
The examination & treatment of 276 patients is accomplished by the Doctors of Ministry of Defense, Mirwais Khan Hospital, Red Cross Committee, Health Net organization, 2,480 refugees are vaccinated & 1,278 refugees are screened.
The Mobile SIM Cards of 790 are also distributed to the refugees.

Paktika Province:

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The registration of 3 families in Angoor Ada is witnessed.

The Committee for Transport & Transportation:

The transfer of 3 families to their related district is successfully executed.

The Committee for Financial Procedures:

The returning 3 families obtained 10,000 AFN.

Health Affairs & Services Committee:

The examination & treatment of 82 Patients is observed by the Doctors of Ministry of Defense & Public Health teams Angoor Ada.

The returning 83 refugees families in Angoor Ada given 3 times meals with member of the committee.
The refugees also obtained 14 SIM Cards.
Zabul Province:

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The returning 4 families with 19 associates in Shamalzo district is witnessed.

Transfer & Transportation Committee:

The returning 3 families with 12 associates are successfully transported to their related districts, each family obtained 4500 AFN as their rent.

The Committee for Financial Procedures:

The returning 4 families obtained 10,000 AFN as their rent.

Health Affairs & Services Committee:

The returning 4 families obtained a temporary shelter with all the facilities they needed. The Red Cross Committee also distributed food & accessories.

Nimruz Province:

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The registration & Biometric of 48 families with 186 associates is carried out. The registration of 2,562 with Martial Status as Singles among which 298 individuals are pointed out as in desperate needs of help are introduced to IOM organization.

Temporary Settlements of the Refugees: Committee

The returning 29 families with 117 associates are given temporary shelters with all facilities and some of whom were in desperate need of help are introduced to IOM organization.

Herat Province:

Registration, Confirmation & Reception Committee:

The returning refugees from Islam Kala route of 63 families with 127 associates are biometric & registered.

The Committee for Financial Procedures:

The returning 43 families obtained 10,000 each.

Kabul Province:

The Committee for Fundraising:

The head of the Committee & acting head of the Ministry of Economics met with the representative of the Al-Gurafa charitable organization, the denotation of $ 100 thousand is handed over to the head of the fundraising committee.

Transportation & Transfe Committee:

The evaluation & assessment of the Committee’s accomplishments is discussed b/w the top level administrators, they emphasized on the speedy assistance of refugees
