Torkham

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

 

209 families and 1143 individuals have been registered and biometrically recorded in Torkham, from 165 families verified, of which 144 families have been identified as immigrants and the remaining 21 families as non-immigrants.

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

The officials of communication and information technology distributed 1243 SIM cards to the returned refugees.

Food and mineral water were delivered to 19,000 refugees on time. Distributing 500 blankets, 100 packs of mineral water, 600 women’s and men’s coats, 650 packs of food and 7 meat and 180,000 liters of water by ten tankers were donated by various charities.

3000 blankets donated by a national merchant to the service committee were distributed to the refugees and the remaining 3 thousand blankets will be distributed to the needy people in Kabul.

 

Finance Committee:

 

10,000 AFN were given to 350 families in Torkham camp.

 

Transport and Transfer Committee:

 

Today 115 families with a total of 664 members were safely transported to Nangarhar, Kunar, Kabul, Laghman, Paktia, Paktika, Baghlan, Kunduz and Takhar provinces by means of 25 different types of vehicles and 185,000 Afghanis have been given to these families for rent.

Committee for Organizing of Mosques and Education:

Books, bags and stationery were distributed to the children of the returned refugees by the officials of the organizing committee of mosques and education; Statements were made to the refugees about religious issues and they were assured of full service and cooperation.

 

Employment Committee for Immigrants:

 

In Torkham, the Employment Committee for Migrants registered 11 bachelor’s degree holders, 2 post-baccalaureate degree holders, 4 graduate degree holders, 9 Huffaz, 3 Shahdault Alia certificate holders, Graduates, 1 religious scholar, 563 workers and 159 professional people were registered, making a total of 752 refugees.

 

Information and Public Awareness Committee:

 

Today, tens of returning refugees were given public awareness in the camps and they were trained about tolerance and patience. And Collaborated with seven media outlets to prepare reports and share information.

In coordination with the office of IOM, more than 300 immigration papers were distributed to the refugees, who were requested by the said organization.

Through the efforts of the Information and Public Awareness Committee, up to 500 missing documents and three children were handed over to their families.

For the purpose of public awareness, information was given to the refugees on the fictitious line and also about the process of working committees and stages in the camp.

Spin Boldak:

 

Registration, Confirmation and Reception Committee:

 

766 families with a total of 4,212 people have been registered in Spin Boldak, and from which 617 families with a total of 3,426 people, referred to for the purpose of assistance to (IOM). (WFP) and (DRC) organization.

 

162 families, whose number is 698 people, who had the slips of VRF and UNHCR organization with them, were introduced to this office for necessary assistance.

4 male prisoners and 4 unaccompanied children were also registered today; Also, 764 heads of returned families have been registered and biometric.

 

Transport and Transfer Committee:

 

From Spin Boldak district and Kandahar, 240 families with a total of 2444 members were transported to Kabul, Zabul, Herat, Kandahar, Ghazni, Uruzgan and other provinces by means of 38 different types of vehicles. And 187,500 Afghanis rent was also paid to the families.

 

Finance Committee:

 

Today, Financial Affairs Regulatory Committee has helped 764 families in Spin Boldak region and each family has been given (10,000) Afghanis.

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

Meals were distributed to 9650 returnees in the afternoon and evening in Spin Boldak and Shorandam.

1199 patients were treated by the Ministry of National Defense, Mirwais Nikah Hospital, Red Crescent, Health Net Institute and Baran Health Teams within the framework of the Services and Health Affairs Committee; 2504 people were vaccinated, 1015 were screened, 13 malaria samples and 290 corona samples were taken. 4 patients have been discharged and 7 others have been admitted.

 

The service committee distributed 1621 SIM cards to the returned refugees by the officials of communication and information technology. 60,000 liters of clean water was put in the reservoirs and some parts of the camp were leveled. And Tents, blankets, food and other items have been prepared for the refugees as needed.

 

PaKtika:

 

Services and Health Affairs Committee:

 

The services and health affairs committee gave lunch to the returning refugees and 29 members of the joint committees in Thaywara district today.

 

Herat:

 

Finance Committee:

 

10,000 Afghanis were given to 4 families in Herat’s Islam Kala port.
