6 killed, equipment seized as post overrun in Farah

FARAH, Jun. 30 – Amid ongoing ‘Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen stormed an enemy check post in Karez Sheikhan area of Pusht Rod district overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms which lasted for about one hour, overrunning the post after killing 6 police and arresting another while seizing 5 rifles, 1 PKM machine gun, 1 grenade and good deal of ammunition.
All praise belongs to almighty Allah as Mujahideen suffered no casualties.
