The 10th of Hoot serves as a poignant reminder of the resounding victory achieved by the courageous men of Afghanistan in the realm of foreign policy. It represents the culmination of the struggles and tireless efforts of Muslim politicians in Afghanistan, who, through their steadfastness, triumphed and reaped the rewards of over two decades of jihad and perseverance.

The unwavering determination and persistent efforts of the Mujahideen and fighters, both on the battlefield and behind the scenes, compelled the world’s superpower to come to the negotiation table and engage in dialogue with the political representatives of the Mujahideen. After several rounds of discussions and negotiations, the superpower humbly accepted all the conditions put forth by the Mujahideen, signaling its withdrawal from the sacred land of Afghanistan and bringing an end to its war and occupation.

Undeniably, the unwavering military support, coupled with fruitful political negotiations, played a crucial role in achieving the desired outcome. The overwhelming strength and unparalleled power displayed on the battlefield shattered the illusion of the mighty giant, leading it to accept all the conditions outlined in the Doha agreement and choose to retreat.

The grace of the merciful God and the unwavering resistance of the mujahids and fighters empowered a select group of deserving individuals from this nation to face the crafty politicians and negotiators of the West while proudly donning an Islamic attire, adorned with turbans and virtues. Their exceptional skills and bargaining power compelled the enemy to concede defeat.

The Islamic identity and local attire of these negotiators bestowed a distinct dignity upon Muslims worldwide, rekindling a sense of honor and authority in their collective existence.

Indeed, the 10th of Hoot stands as a monumental victory, an unparalleled honor, and an irreplaceable achievement for all the mujahids and Muslim fighters who played an instrumental role in this remarkable triumph.
