The Ministry of Information and Culture has announced that, following the directive of Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah prtoect him), the construction of a comprehensive residential complex for 500 orphans has commenced in the close to University, located in the Nahr Siraj District of Helmand Province.

This initiative aims to provide a nurturing environment with all the essential amenities for the orphans.

 

The project is being developed on a vast expanse of 272 Jeribs of land, with the generous financial support extended by the charitable foundation of the royal family of Qatar. The township will include various facilities, such as a school, madrasa (Islamic school), kindergarten, hospital, mosque, and a park, in addition to the residential houses. The technical aspects of this endeavor are being overseen by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
