Joint meeting of local officials of Sheikh Abu Nasr Farahi Port held

FARAH, Jan. 10 – A joint coordination meeting was held between the commissioner of Sheikh Abu Nasr Farahi port Mawlawi Seyed Ahmed “Sajid” and commissioner Yaqoubi of the neighboring country Iran. The security officials of both sides of the border was also present in the meeting.

Security officials of the neighboring country of Iran expressed their satisfaction with the recent good security measures and relations between the two countries. Residents and nomads living near the border should pay special attention to their travel so as not to threaten the security relations and affairs between the two countries.

On the other hand, Commissioner Mr. “Sajid” and Head of Borders Mr. “Mansoor” assured all-round security and good relations and assured that no one will be allowed to harm the friendly relations between the two countries by smuggling and disturbing security affairs on the common border between Afghanistan and Iran.
