BALKH, Aug. 16 – Late yesterday, Qari Azim, the officer in crime branch was shot and killed in Khas Balk district of northern Balkh province, a report said. In another report, a puppet was shot dead in a sniper attack early Tuesday in the provincial capital of Balkh province.
KABUL, Aug. 16 – Islamuddin, an officer serving in crime branch was shot and killed in a targeted attack on Monday. He was killed by Mujahideen when he was on foot in west Kabul city, the Afghan capital late yesterday.
