14 killed and wounded as 3 vehicle destroyed in Zabul, 3 surrender

ZABUL, Aug. 16 – Reports from Arghandab district state that at around 8:00 am local time on Sunday a hireling reinforcement convoy heading towards Deghwanano base came under a Mujahideen attack in the surroundings of the said district, destroying 3 vehicles and killing 2 puppets.
Similarly at least 7 puppets were killed with further 5 critically wounded after Mujahideen assaulted the said base midday on Monday.
Another report says that as many as 3 local militiamen have repented their misdoings and left enemy ranks close to the said district center overnight.
