Minister of Industry and Trade Engages with Kamaz Company Officials

According to a statement of the ministry of industry and trade, Alhaj Nuruddin Azizi, the honorable Acting Minister of Industry and Trade, continued his visit to the Republic of Tatarstan and participation in the 15th International Economic Forum of Russia-Islamic World by meeting with officials from Kamaz Company.

Afghan markets have expressed their keen interest in reestablishing their operations in collaboration with Afghan investors in this country.

Furthermore, Kamaz company officials have requested the cooperation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in establishing a car manufacturing plant in Afghanistan. Supporting and welcoming the company’s projects, the Acting Minister of Industry and Trade encouraged them to visit Afghanistan and closely observe investment opportunities and recent economic developments.

Recently, Kamaz Company officials expressed their satisfaction with the invitation extended by the Acting Minister of Industry and Trade and announced their intention to visit Afghanistan in the near future.
