    Sheikh Noor Muhammad Saqib, the honorable Minister of Ershad, Hajj, and Endowments, held a meeting with Dr. Sheikh Ali Muhyiddin Al-Qara Daghi, the head of the “International Association of Muslim Scholars” in Istanbul, Turkey. During the meeting, there was a focus on enhancing academic cooperation, and the Minister highlighted the influential role of Afghan scholars in society. Additionally, the head of the Ulema Association pledged to collaborate with the Islamic Emirate to further strengthen the ties between the association and the government.
