10 killed, several hurt as military center overrun in Nawa

HELMAND, Jul. 31 – Mujahideen attacked a special troop’s key center in Talib Dorahi area of Nawa district overnight, overrunning the center, killing 10 puppet, leaving many others wounded and forcing the rest flee leaving 8 corpses behind as well as a ranger pickup destroyed.
2 PKM machine guns, 3 rifles, mortar tube and several other types of military equipment have been confiscated while Mujahideen suffered on casualties.
