KABUL, Jan. 16 – The scheduled gathering of the Technical Committee of the Economic Commission took place at Marmarin Palace. During this session, a comprehensive dialogue unfolded, addressing various agenda items, says office of the economic deputy PM.

Among the topics deliberated were the strategy to curb the use of foreign currencies in transactions, the matter of reimbursing advance royalties to private companies for talc extraction, the proposed revenue policy for the mining sector by the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, and the outstanding payment related to the scaffolding wood contract with the Northern Coal Enterprise, involving the Afghan Ta’won Construction Company.

Following an in-depth discussion, it was determined that these crucial topics would be elevated to the Economic Commission for a final decision.

The Technical Committee’s insights will be duly considered in this decision-making process.
