    The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Pakistan, particularly the bereaved families, in light of the immense personal and financial losses inflicted by the recent devastating rains and thunderstorms in Pakistan says Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokesman of the foreign ministry.
