Large area cleared as 3 posts overrun in Faryab

FARYAB, Sep. 20 – According to reports, Mujahideen carried out coordinated attacks on enemy check posts in Yaka Khana area of Almar district on Wednesday.
Attacks of heavy and light arms are said to be still ongoing intensely, so far, 3 check posts have been overrun, killing 4 puppets and leaving 2 more including a hireling commander wounded as well as arresting 5 further.
6 Kalashnikovs, 1 RPG launcher, 1 PK machine gun and other war tools have been confiscated.
