In conjunction with the 1,149th anniversary of Khawaja Abdullah Ansari, a book exhibition titled “Valuing the Culture of Study” was officially opened at the conference hall of the Herat Trade and Investment Chamber. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Alhaj Hayatullah Mohajer Farahi, the Minister of Publications from the Ministry of Information and Culture, as well as the deputy official of Herat province.
During the exhibition’s opening, Al-Hajj Mohajer Farahi emphasized the significance of reading and studying, considering it a cultural practice that has been somewhat lost among the people. He stressed the importance of reviving this culture through collaborative efforts between the government and the private sector.
The book exhibition serves as a platform to promote the value of learning and encourage a love for literature. It stands as a tribute to the esteemed Khawaja Abdullah Ansari and his contributions, commemorating his 1,149th anniversary.
