22 killed and wounded as 3 tanks, vehicle destroyed in Faryab

FARYAB, Nob. 17 – Reports arriving from Juma Bazar district of Faryab province state that early yesterday heavy clashes broke out againt enemy troops in Qara Shekhi area and lasted till noon hours, during which as many as 3 tanks and a ranger pickup were blown apart by landmine attacks, killing 12 puppets, including an Arbaki commander – Abdul Rahim – and wounding 10 others.
However enemy claims of inflecting serious casualites to Mujahideen are absolute lies as with such baseless claim enemy only wants to boost up the morals of their troops.
