Accordimg to ministry of national defense in Bakwah district of Farah province, along the Kandahar-Herat highway, the 4th brigade of Mujahideen under Khalid bin Waleed’s command successfully rescued two vehicles—a passenger-carrying tractor-type vehicle and a cargo-carrying tractor-type vehicle—that had become stranded in floodwaters.
Additionally, in the Gershak district of Helmand province, the personnel of the 3rd Omari Bridge rescued a group of citizens trapped in water as a result of heavy rainfall.
