On Saturday 1st April, ‘Baba-Je’ area near the center of ‘Helmond’ province was raided by the internal mercenary forces, in which, a civilian house and a hospital were blasted by bombs, and ten civilian countrymen, most of them children, were martyred. Civilian casualties in this tragic incident have been admitted and confirmed by the local authorities of ‘Helmond’ province.

On Saturday 1st April, ‘Kando-Khail’ area in ‘Chinar’ mound of ‘Najrab’ district in ‘Kapisa’ province was raided by brutal foreign invaders with the collaboration of their internal mercenary forces, in which, nine civilian people were martyred and wounded, and an innocent man and a woman were taken away as prisoners.

On Sunday 2nd April, ‘Chinartu’ bazaar area in ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province was raided by the internal stooge forces, in which, several shops, vehicles and a petrol pump were put on fire.

On Sunday 2nd April, the notorious and unrestrained Arbaki militiamen opened indiscriminate fire on a coaster type civilian transport vehicle in ‘Jokharman’ area of ‘Shindand’ district in ‘Herat’ province, in which, one person was martyred while several others were taken away by the Arbaki militiamen.

On Monday 3rd April, a female child was martyred and an innocent civilian was wounded in the random shelling of internal amateurish forces near the center of ‘Boom’ district in ‘Badghis’ province.

On Friday 7th April, the chieftains of ‘Urzgan’ province gathered in ‘Tarin-Kot’ city, the capital of this province, to protest against the indiscriminate bombing and artillery shelling of foreign invaders and their mercenary internal forces. They told that tens of civilian people including women and children were wounded and martyred in these indiscriminate attacks. According to the report of ‘Radio Liberty’, the officials of ‘Urzgan’ province have also confirmed that twenty civilian people were martyred and wounded in their military operations.

On Saturday 8th April, the bridge between ‘Mehtarlam’ and ‘Alishang’ areas were blasted by forces of commander ‘Sharif’, by the lame excuse of its usage by the Taliban fighters.

On Saturday 8th April, three civilian people were martyred in the indiscriminate shelling of internal amateurish forces in the central area of ‘Alla-Sai’ district of ‘Kapisa’ province.

On Saturday 15th April, three innocent civilians were martyred in the random artillery shelling of internal stooge forces in ‘Pusta-Mazaar’ area of ‘Siyad’ district in ‘Saripul’ province.

On Saturday 15th April, the house of a civilian person (named ‘Mohammad Nazar’) was hit by the indiscriminate mortar shelling of internal amateurish forces in ‘Ghandu’ village of ‘Shilgar’ district in ‘Ghazni’ province, in which, two women and two children were martyred and three other children were wounded.

On Saturday 15th April, two civilian countrymen were brutally martyred by the local Arbaki militiamen by blasting them in a landmine in the central area of ‘Paktia’ province. The local people, then, protested against this felonious act of the unrestrained Arbaki forces and chanted slogans against the heterogeneous puppet regime.

On Sunday 16th April, two children were martyred and a woman and two other children were wounded in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of internal amateurish forces in ‘Shedkan’ area of ‘Tagab’ district in ‘Badakhshan’ province.

On Monday 17th April, an innocent civilian was martyred by the internal stooge forces in the suburbs of ‘Almaar’ district of ‘Faryab’ province.

On Wednesday 19th April, fifty shopkeepers were badly beaten; one of them was brutally martyred and some others were incarcerated, by mercenary forces headed by commander ‘Khudai-Dad’ in the central bazaar of ‘Farah-Raod’ district in ‘Farah’ province.

On Friday 21st April, some chemical and biological weapons of hand-grenades type were used by the savage foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces during their evacuation process, after conducting military operations for several days in ‘Al-Chin’ and ‘Teloka’ areas near the center of ‘Kunduz’ province; which resulted in poisoning the atmosphere and intoxicating the civilian people; whereas the use of these deadly weapons is forbidden and is considered a war crime by the Geneva conventions and the Declaration of Human Rights.

On Monday 24th April, two innocent civilians were brutally martyred by the notorious and unrestrained Arbaki militiamen in ‘Saroza’ district of ‘Paktika’ province. The corpses of these martyrs were shifted by the local people to ‘Sharana’ city, the capital of this province for protest; but instead of receiving any justice, they were welcomed by the indiscriminate and relentless shelling of the provincial in-security forces, in which, fifteen more innocent people were injured.

On Thursday 27th April, a civilian countryman named ‘Razi Gul’ and a woman were martyred in the blind and indiscriminate bombing of internal stooge forces in ‘Barogi’ village of ‘Sarkano’ district in ‘Kunar’ province.

On Thursday 27th April, civilian houses in ‘Perokhail’ village of ‘Wazir’ area in ‘Ghogyani’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province, in which, main gates of these houses were broken; local people were badly beaten; and eventually, an innocent civilian was brutally martyred.

On Saturday 29th April, a civilian person was martyred and the house and personal vehicle of another civilian countryman were burnt during a joint raid of the savage foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces in ‘Yakhchaal’ village of ‘Nahr-i-Siraj’ area in ‘Grishk’ district of ‘Helmond’ province.
