The meeting witnessed the participation of tribal leaders from seven provinces of the central zone, scholars, and several members of the Islamic Emirate’s cabinet.

During his speech, Sayed Hasan Fazil, the leader of the Shia Ulema Association, expressed solidarity between Shia and Sunni Afghans with the Islamic Emirate, noting the improved conditions for Shia people compared to the past. Mr. Fazil urged the public to prevent external interference in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.

Representatives from Kabul and northern regions highlighted the people’s satisfaction with development initiatives undertaken by the acting government, stating that numerous long-standing projects have been initiated after years of dormancy. They emphasized the stability and development of national unity following the end of power struggles and occupation in Afghanistan.

Tribal leaders emphasized their opposition to a federal system, which certain exiled figures are advocating, asserting that the nation firmly rejects such proposals. They also stressed that discussions related to language, ethnicity, and direction have no place in Afghanistan.

The leaders and scholars emphasized the importance of attracting qualified Afghan individuals to government institutions, enhancing the supervision of government officials, and fostering national unity. They called for the eradication of hypocrisy, which has plagued Afghanistan over the past two decades.

Minister of National Defense Mawlawi Muhammad Yaqub Mujahid stated that under the Islamic Emirate’s rule, national unity is not just a slogan but a practical reality. He emphasized that unity among the people can thwart the efforts of the enemy.

Mullah Noorullah Noori, the Minister of Borders, Tribes, and Tribal Affairs, highlighted the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to addressing the people’s problems, emphasizing equal rights for all Afghans, regardless of minority or majority status. He emphasized that the Islamic Emirate avoids linguistic and cultural issues.

Honorable Maulvi Abdul Kabir, the Political Deputy Minister, expressed gratitude for the Ministry of Borders, Tribes, and Tribal Affairs’ efforts in fostering tribal integration. He stated that throughout history, Afghan tribes have upheld national unity by fulfilling their responsibilities.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir highlighted the significance of Afghanistan being governed by the Islamic system rather than being plagued by civil wars after the Jihad era. He reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to protecting the system and preventing disunity among Afghans.

The Political Deputy Minister expressed that the Islamic Emirate not only strives for the security of Afghanistan but also aims for global security, including that of its neighboring countries. He reassured that contrary to negative propaganda, the world is no longer concerned about Afghanistan, as the government has fulfilled its promises in this regard.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir emphasized the Islamic Emirate’s desire for positive and constructive relations with all countries, guided by a balanced foreign policy. Currently, Afghanistan has representatives active in 38 countries.
