Over 20 killed and wounded as 3 tanks, vehicle destroyed in Badghis

BADGHIS, Aug. 17 – According to latest report from Marghab district of Badghis province, a heavy gunfight broke out against enemy troops in Akazo area at 10:00 am local time today.

Attack of heavy and light weapons is said to be still underway, so far 3 hireling tanks and a ranger pickup have been destroyed, leaving 14 gunmen killed and 6 others wounded.
