    HELMAND, Nov. 05 – A new cotton and oil factory has started operating in Lashkargah city of Helmand province, with an investment of 500,000 USD, providing employment to 70 to 100 people. It is worth mentioning that with the advent of the Islamic Emirate, 35 factories have started operating in the province.
