    KABUL, Feb. 17 – The murder of the former member of Parliament, Mursal Nabizada and her bodyguard (Ismail) were killed by another bodyguard of her named (Malyaar) has been arrested by security forces, said Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of Kabul police command.

    According to Zadran, the killer, who was on the run, was caught as a result of a detective operation and he has confessed to his crime.

    Further investigations are underway to determine the factors and other aspects of the crime, he added.
