KABUL, Nov. 05 – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan denies claim of Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Mr. Nikolay Yatrushev, who attributed establishment of the Taliban Islamic movement to the United States, said Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spoksman of foreign ministry.

Islamic movement of the Taliban emerged from the people following the defeat of the former Soviet Union for the salvation of their country and struggled for the Islamic system in the homeland. They successfully ended anarchy of nineties and later defeated invasion after a long legitimate struggle.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate considers the discussions in Russia to be incomplete without the representatives of the Islamic Emirate.

Fortunately, Afghanistan now has an independent, responsible and legitimate government and has been able to effectively strengthen security throughout the country, secure the borders; And have a positive interaction with the neighbors, the region and the world in the political, economic and security fields.

Similarly, absence of the Afghan government in such meetings can have a negative impact on the interaction.
