Many killed, 5 tanks destroyed in country’s southeast

PAKTIA, Sep. 21 – A dozens of enemy soldiers were killed and wounded during a violent fighting following Mujahideen attack on the enemy convoy in the provincial capital of Paktia province on Wednesday night.

Five tanks and military vehicles were destroyed in last night’s fighting.

According to a report from neighboring province of Paktika, Abdur Rahman, an intelligence employee was killed in a targeted attack by Mujahideen in Yahiya Khel district of Paktika province on Wednesday.
