     BAGHLAN, Dec. 3 – The foundation stone of a Madrasa (Islamic education intuition) was laid by Moulana Gul Mughul in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of Baghlan province. The land in which the institute is going to be built has been donated by a charitable civilian, Ghulam Farooq Maghul.
