NANGARHAR, Apr. 29 – Following the announcement of “Operation Mansoori” Mujahideen sped up their attacks and there is an escalation in the enemy losses across the country.

Al-Emarah reporter said Mujahideen conducted attacks on the enemy posts and government facilities in several different parts of Nangarhar province on the first and second days of the of the spring offensives in a row.

On Friday afternoon, 3 policemen were killed and an officer and two suffered injuries after Mujahideen raided the enemy posts in Lalpura district of Nangarhar province.

Later on Friday, 3 enemy soldiers were killed in a surprise attack in Ghani Khel district of Nangarhar province followed by Mujahideen operation on the enemy army unit in the said district that inflicted further losses on the enemy.

Also on Friday, an Arbaki lapdog was killed and two more got wounded in exchange of fie with Mujahideen in Bati Kot district of the province. Later, a policeman was killed and one was wounded after an attack by Mujahideen on a check post in the said district.

In the province’s Chparihar district, Mujahideen shot an Arbaki dead and two more wounded following a Mujahideen attack on post belonging to local militia on Friday night.

Two enemy soldiers surrendered to Mujahideen in Lalpura district of Nangarhar province on Friday.

A check post was overrun in Ghani Khel district of in the early morning hours of Friday. No loss of life has been reported in the attack.

On Saturday morning, Irshad, an Arbaki commander and his gunman were severely wounded when a roadside bomb blast hit the vehicle carrying the commander in Lalpura district of the eastern province of Nangarhar province.
