    KAPISA, Sep. 9 – The enemy pounded the homes of civilians with heavy weapons in Tagab district of Kapisa province, leaving 2 innocent women and 1 child seriously injured. Early Saturday, a roadside bomb blast killed an Arbaki lapdog and left two others including a commander wounded elsewhere in Tagab district of Kapisa province.
