    NANGARHAR, Dec. 16 – The enemy pounded with mortar rounds the homes of defenseless civilians in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province  on Thursday, leaving 3 children severely wounded, while an innocent civilian was martyred by the enemy’s mortar shelling in Ahmad Khel district of Paktia province on the same day.

    Separately, 2 Arbakis were killed and 1 was fatally injured in a surprise attack by Mujahideen in Khogyani district of Nangarhar province on Thursday.
