NANGARHAR, Oct – Al- Emarah News said Monday the Dawat-wal-Irshad (commission for guidance & preaching) set up a conference Sunday in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province.
The attendees consisted of number of tribesmen, tribal elders, renowned Ulama, Mujahideen and students and teachers of various schools and Madaris.
The meeting began with recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran followed by the meeting’s chairman inaugural speech.
The Islamic Emirate’s code of conducts and ethics and its rules were described during the meeting.
There were talks inclusive on several different topics and challenges as well as the issue of existing Jihad and how to deal with the stooge regime.
It was also acknowledged that the Islamic Emirate will strive hard to safeguard the life and properties of the people and will do everything do to provide them with all the possible facilities so as to help them live a life of ease.
The participants pledge their support to Islamic Emirate’s code of conduct and vowed to offer their full cooperation, pledging neither to support nor keep contacts with the enemies of the country.
Finally, the meeting ended with the Dau (prayer).
