    KUNDUZ, Sept. 7 – Lal Jan, colonel of the puppet army was shot and killed in a targeted attack by Mujahideen late Tuesday in the limits of Kunduz city, the provincial capital with the same name. In the province’s Qala-i-Zal district, the enemy offensive was repulsed with fatal losses after Mujahideen fought it back.
