It is a shari’a order to seek advice from religious scholars on basis of Shariah texts and for further strengthening and development of the Islamic system. And accordingly in order to improve the affairs of Baghlan province, based on the decree of the Supreme Leader Amir-ul-Momineen, the following scholars and experts have been appointed as members of Baghlan Council of Scholars.

 

Honorable Sheikh Mawlawi Kamaluddin as the Chairman of the Council,

Honorable Sheikh Mawlawi Abdul Hai as the Vice President of the Council,

Honorable Sheikh Habibur Rahman Mazhari as the member of the Council and the person in charge of administrative and financial affairs,

Honorable Mawlawi Abdul Baqi Mohaqeq as a member of the Council,

Honorable Mufti Nimatullah as Vice President of the Council,

Honorable Mawlawi Shah Mehmood as a member of the Council,

Honorable Sheikh Abdul Ghani as a member of the Council,

Honorable Mufti Shafiullah as a Council member,

Honorable Sheikh Muhammad Yunus as a member of the Council,

Honorable Sheikh Habibullah Mujadadi as a member of the Council,

Honorable Mawlawi Muhammad Daud as a member of the Council,

Honorable Sheikh Saqi Muhammad Nomani as a member of the Council.

Honorable Haji Khairullah as a member of the Council,

Honorable Haji Najibullah as a member of the Council,

Honorable Haji Mullah Wail as a member of the Council,

Honorable Ghulam Qadir as a member of the Council,

Honorable Haji Muhammad Anwar elected as a member of the council.

 

The officials and members of the Council of Ulemas of Baghlan province are obliged to advice the relevant officials of the province in the light of Sharia and in accordance with assigned tasks for better undergoing affairs of the province.

And provincial officials are also obliged to act according to the rules and on the advice of the Ulama Council, with full efforts in the implementation of the rules.
