Arbakis martyrs civilian, kidnaps others in Shindand

HERAT, Apr. 02 – Officials say, local militias have opened fire on a civilian passenger vehicle in Jokharman area on road to Kandahar province early noon hours today, martyring a civilian traveller – Abdul Kabir s/o Abdul Basir – and abducting others as well as destroying the vehicle.
