Arbakis beat civilians, loot compounds in Uruzgan

URUZGAN, Sep. 05 – Reports say last night local militia troops arrived at Feroz village and started brutally beating civilians before looting their compounds and 2 shops as well as abducting 2 young children.
This is not the first time that Arbaksi and police have committed crimes against innocent civilians, but commander Samad and other local militiamen have perpetrated the same kinds of atrocities before in the same district many times, beating villagers, looting their houses and forcing them to shave their beards.
