    JOWZJAN, Aug. 22 – An Arbaki militant joined Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Qushtifa district of northern Parwan province on Sunday, handing over 1 PK (heavy machine gun), 1 rocket, 1 Kalashnikov and 1 vehicles to Mujahideen.
