KABUL. Nov. 4- A multimember delegation amid a high-level meeting of the Council of Ministers was tasked with evaluation of the equivalence of the documents (degrees, certificates, etc.) of the Madrasas (Institutes of Islamic Education or Seminaries) and to establish the grades based on the 20-year long jihadi services and work experience of the Mujahideen.

The delegation is led by Alhaj Maulana Abdul Baqi Haqqani, with the members of the meeting the acting Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh Noorulhaq, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Sheikh Noorullah, the acting Minister of Education, and Moulana Noorullah, the Director General Law of the Ministry of Justice.

The delegation had its first session at the Ministry of Higher Education, led by Acting Minister of Higher Education Alhaj Maulana Abdul Baqi Haqqani.

The participants exchanged and shared their views in this sitting, whereas there was a comprehensive discussion on how to assess the equivalence of the documents of Madrasas and how to determine grades depending on the past 20-year long jihadi services and work experience of the Mujahideen.
