 BADAKSHAN, Oct. 19 – In the country’s northern Badakhshan province 12 army personnel switched side to the Islamic Emirate.

The surrender came in the Shar-e-Buzurg district of northern Badakhshan province a few days ago.

Similarly, 4 policemen joined Mujahideen in Sorkh Rowed district of Nangarhar province, while 1 Arbaki gave in to Mujahideen in Bati Kot district of Nangarhar province.

In reports from Paktia, 9 military personnel joined Mujahideen in Zazi Aryub, Syed Karam and Ahmad Khel district of Paktia province,

Two Arbakis gave in to Mujahideen in Faizabad district of northern Jowzjan province and 1 Arbaki in Khanaqa district of the province, whereas 1 enemy soldier surrendered himself to Mujahideen in Kohistan district northern Badakhshan province.

Furthermore, 2 enemy soldiers joined Mujahideen in Nirkh district of Wardak province and 1 surrendered himself to Mujahideen in Syed Abad district of Wardak province, while 1 enemy soldier joined Mujahideen Chapa Darah district of Kunar province.
