BADKHSHAN, July 21 – Al-Emarah News said as  many as 46 enemy military personnel were killed in the cleanup operation launched by the Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen amid operation Mansoori in the far-flung province of northern Badakhshan early Friday.

The fighting erupted following Mujahideen operation against the military posts in Tagab district of the province in the early morning hours of the day and went on till 12:00 PM local time, leading to the death of 46 puppets, while 12 others were captured.

Similarly, Mujahideen flushed the enemy out of a large area, clearing 12 villages of the enemy forces and seized 25 Kalashnikov rifles 3 PK heavy machine guns, 2 rocket propelled-grenades.

A Mujahideen fighter is reported to have become martyred with 3 more wounded in Friday’s operation.
