PAKTIA, Nov. 9 – At least 5 enemy soldiers were killed when an explosion occurred while they were on foot patrol in Zurmat district of Paktia province.
In another report, an enemy soldier was killed and 1 got hurt following a Mujahideen attack on a post in Patan district of Paktia province.
Similarly, a landmine blast detonated under an enemy tank in the provincial capital of neighboring Paktika province, killing 3 puppets and leaving 3 more wounded.
According to a report from neighboring Khost province, a policeman was killed in a bomb attack in Shakha Mir district of Khost province.
