    TAKHAR, Dec. 18 – Seven water distribution projects has been completed and commissioned  in Takhar Province at a cost over $73000, said ministry of energy and water. According to details under supervision of the lower Panj river basin with the financial support of the Aga Khan foundation, providing hundreds of people with job opportunities.
