3 injured, 2 tanks destroyed in Balkh

BALKH, Sept. 5 – At least three policemen were injured when a roadside bombing ripped into the enemy vehicle in Chamtal district of Balkh province on Sunday.

In another report, an armored tank was destroyed when the enemy ran into Mujahideen ambush in Kaldar district of the province last night. It is unclear if anyone was killed or wounded in the ensuing firefight.
