23 killed, 10 injured in eastern Afghanistan 

 LAGHMAN, Mar. 19 –  An enemy soldier was killed and another one was wounded when Mujahideen attacked the enemy posts in Alishang district of Laghman province, while 2 enemy soldiers were killed and 3 more were wounded with a tank destroyed in Mujahideen attacks elsewhere in the said district.

Separately, an officer was also killed in the Mujahideen attacks in the mentioned district.

Moreover, 10 enemy soldiers suffered casualties and 2 more were taken captives, whereas 1 U.S-made PK heavy machine gun, 3 M16 rifles, 1 pair of binoculars and ammo.

According to reports from neighboring Nangarhar province, 10 enemy soldiers were killed and 6 more were wounded in Mujahideen attacks.
