21 killed as 4 check posts overrun in Naish

KANDAHAR, May. 21 – Mujahideen carried out attacks of heavy and light arms on defensive check posts close to commander Nayazo compound in Naish district overnight.
Details say, gunfight that lasted till late night hours, overrunning 4 key enemy check posts after killing 21 ANA and ANP gunmen, leaving several others wounded as well as forcing the rest to flee while leaving corpses behind.
A ranger pickup was destroyed while 2 others have been seized along with 1 APC, 1 RPG launcher, 6 rifles, 2 PK machine guns, 13 AK rifles and other war tools.
